Hi Dennis,
My fiance and I got engaged while up in Houghton for Winter Carnival this year and I know it is a popular time for Huskies to get engaged. It might be cool to see how many alumni get engaged during carnival and I figure you are in the best place to figure that out. We went snowshoeing out at McLain State Park and I proposed while we were out in the woods enjoying the Keweenaw. I wonder how other Huskies have done it?

Congrats Dan and Kaylee! That’s a great question, and I’d love our alums to respond. I know we’ve had weddings in the MacInnes Student Ice Arena and on the top of Mont Ripley, but the engagement idea is a new one!
