Minimum Wage Increasing Jan. 1

Effective Jan. 1, 2024, the minimum wage will increase from $10.10 to $10.33 per hour. Therefore, all employees who currently fall below this new hourly rate will see an automatic increase. Department-generated Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFs) will not be needed.

For jobs starting after Jan. 1, 2024, use the minimum wage of $10.33 per hour. This change will have an impact on departments that pay students and temporary employees less than this amount.
