The Office of the AVPA implemented an employee recognition program in fall 2023 in support of its FY24 A3 goals. The purpose of the Everyday Excellence program is to acknowledge AVPA employees, and employees across campus, for tasks well done in the carrying out of their daily work, support tactics that enhance employee engagement, wellness, and retention, and reinforce behaviors that support the guiding principles of the AVPA and the values of Michigan Technological University.
