The Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) invites the Michigan Tech community to embrace diversity, inclusion, and social justice. Through programs, services, and mentoring, CDI provides academic and cultural experiences to foster an understanding and appreciation for our shared sense of community.
In addition, CDI provides outreach and support to underrepresented populations on campus, including women; African American, Native American, and Hispanic/Latinx students; and LGBTQIA* students.
Center for Student Mental Health and Well-being
Devoted to improving the overall well-being of Tech students, the Center for Student Mental Health and Well-being encourages students to embrace four facets of well-being: connect well, recharge well, live well, and play well. In addition, they provide a wide range of programs and services designed to address mental health, physical and sexual health, academic and career success, and social fulfillment.
Dean of Students
The Dean of Students Office at Michigan Tech is a resource center for all students at the University, with the goal of guiding, supporting, and on occasion, challenging students in their academic and personal endeavors. Student success is at the heart of their work.
Disability Services
Michigan Tech is committed to ensuring that all qualified individuals with disabilities have the opportunity to take part in educational programs and services equally. Student Disability Services provides support and resources for students with or without a documented disability.
