The External Evaluation and Advisory Board meets twice annually (about one month after the IEAB meets) to review progress on the ADVANCE project and consider recommendations from the IEAB. The EEAB also receives input from an External Evaluator on the project's progress. Combined, the EEAB provides formative advice in the context of national trends such that progress at Michigan Tech can be positioned and disseminated broadly. At the end of the project, the External Evaluator and the EEAB will provide a summative assessment to the National Science Foundation.
