Kayla Bartosh (Wilson)

Kayla Bartosh (Wilson) earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Michigan Tech in 2018 and a Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering in 2024. Kayla is a senior reliability quality engineer at Milwaukee Tool in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Kayla states that once she finished her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, she used her skills to become a reliability quality engineer at Milwaukee Tool within the lighting and lifestyle category. Because she was dealing with deeper levels of manufacturing, quality, and statistics, it was an easy decision for her to take on the Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering to better develop herself as she grew with the company. Kayla uses the skills she learned in both programs to help ensure their company creates high quality and durable products which she validates through testing as well as ensure efficient and robust manufacturing processes to mitigate quality risks.
