Sarah Sawall

Our Alumnae highlight this week is Sarah Sawall of Theta Chi Epsilon. Sarah graduated from Michigan Tech in 2014 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Minor in Psychology. She then continued on to UW-Milwaukee where she graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017.



Sarah is currently employed as a physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic hospital. This January started her own business, Resilience RX to better serve athletes! She still continues to work at the hospital but is transitioning to working more hours with her new business.



When it comes to memories as Michigan Tech, Winter Carnival is hands down Sarah's favorite one. Staying up all night and using scaffolding to build snow statues that were taller than buildings always left her walking away with pride in what had been created. 

Throughout her time in Theta Chi Epsilon and as an RA Sarah gained a lot of experience that helped shape how she interacts with others. Those experiences have been invaluable and benefited her just as much, if not more, compared to her academic studies.



Fun Fact: Sarah has tried over 1,111 different beers!
