Dr. Shepherd earned his B.S. in Biology in 1969 from Michigan Tech followed by a B.S. in Pharmacy from Ferris State University in 1975, a M.S. from the University of Rhode Island in 1978, and a Ph.D. from Purdue University in 1980. Currently, he is Professor and Chairman of the Pharmacy Practice and Administration Division and Director of the Center for Pharmacoeconomic Studies of the College of Pharmacy at the University . . .

Dr. Apelgren graduated from Michigan Technological University with a B.S. degree in Biology in 1970. He went on to Medical School at the University of Michigan, graduating in 1974 followed by a one year rotating internship at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. He received residency training in surgery at the University of California Davis from 1976 to 1980 and went on to do further training in surgical nutrition . . .

Dr. Steve Short recently entered his ninth season with the Denver Nuggets and currently serves as the vice president of sports medicine. He joined Denver in fall 2014 as the team’s physical therapist and assistant strength and conditioning coach. He is responsible for leading the development, collaboration, and integration of multidisciplinary evidence-based services delivered by the organization’s high-performance unit . . .
