Biography

Dr. Colling has over a decade of experience delivering training, research and software projects to Michigan Transportation agencies and has 22 years of experience as a civil engineer. He has been the Principal Investigator (PI) or Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) on 59 proposals totaling over $16.55 Million from State and Federal sources since 2010 when he started as the Director of the Center for Technology & Training (CTT).  Dr. Colling’s research interest include roadway safety, pavement management and pavement preservation.
