Bryan Glover

Bryan Glover is the President and CEO of Honeywell UOP, a Des Plaines, Illinois, based company, which is the leading provider of technologies for the global energy and petrochemicals industries. Since 1914, UOP has led the development of technologies for oil refining, petrochemicals, natural gas processing, and most recently a full range of sustainable technologies including renewable fuels, clean hydrogen, carbon capture, energy storage, and advanced plastics recycling. In his 36 years with UOP, Bryan has held positions across the company including R&D, technical services, and business management. Much of Bryan's career was spent in R&D where he worked on process and catalyst development for a broad range of technologies and he is an inventor and co-inventor on more than 65 U.S. patents. Throughout his career, Bryan has worked in eight countries and traveled for business to more than 50.
Bryan graduated from Michigan Tech in 1986 with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and he earned an MBA from the University of Chicago in 2009.
He and his wife, Melanie, split their time between Arlington Heights, Illinois, and Winter Garden, Florida. They have three grown sons: Alex, Nick, and Andrew.
