Approved Food Services Providers

To strengthen and promote safe handling, preparation, and distribution of food, and to help reduce excess liability, all food distributed or sold on campus must be furnished by Michigan Tech Dining Services unless otherwise authorized by the Office of General Counsel through a policy exception request.

The following vendors have previously provided proof of insurance and licensing and may offer food service through a policy exception request and by providing current proofs. Policy Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by emailing risk@mtu.edu.

All requests must be made at least 21 days prior to event, to ensure time for request processing.
