Earn up to $150 ($25 each) by completing an approved health screening or program during the reporting period:
- Dental exam and cleaning (max 2)
- Vision exam (max 1)
- Flu shot (max 1)
- Tobacco cessation program OR continued tobacco-free (max 1)
- Sleep assessment (max 1)
- Attended Benefits Fair (max 1)
- TIAA or Fidelity one-on-one consultation (max 1)
- University Training or Workshop (mtu.edu/diversity/trainings/) (max 1)
- Attended 2 Husky Health Lunch and Learn (must attend 2)
- Donate Blood (max 2)
- Complete Benefits Open Enrollment on MyMichiganTech:
- Other pre-approved preventative screening, program or presentation
