Media Systems Engineer #25034
As a member of the Media Technology Services team, a Media Systems Engineer is responsible for assisting in planning, designing, procurement, installation, programming, implementation, maintenance, support, and periodic operation of university media technology systems. The systems include Crestron, Q-SYS and Extron controlled audio/visual systems, video streaming systems, IP video production facilities, digital signage systems and DSP enabled audio systems in classrooms, conference rooms, entertainment venues, and research facilities.

As a member of Information Technology, you will assume a meaningful role performing business web application development and support while establishing best practices for web application development at Michigan Tech.
As the lead developer for web applications within Enterprise Application Services you will be responsible for collaborating with other team members including Programmer/Analysts, Business System Analysts, Leadership and the campus community to design, develop, implement and support solutions related to the operational needs across the University.
