Librarian-led or Archivist-led Instruction
Librarians and Archivists are available to lead class sessions focused on the development of information literacy concepts and skills, such as topic development, searching for information, evaluating sources, using information effectively and ethically, and staying current with information. Librarians can also work with you to incorporate these same concepts into your online course.
Information Literacy Consultations
Work with a librarian to integrate information literacy into your courses, assignments, and programs. Many lessons and assignments inherently contain information literacy elements that may be enhanced with small modifications.

The library offers several workshops each semester on a variety of subjects including information literacy, citation searching, patent and trademark resources, managing citations with Endnote software, and more.

The library has created several tutorials to help students develop fundamental information literacy skills.
Library Guides
Librarians are available to develop customized web sites for particular classes or subjects. These guides emphasize the resources that are most relevant and instructor-recommended for students' use.
Library Building Tours
The library offers regular tours of its resources, spaces and places on demand. To organize a tour that fits your needs, request a library building tour using the Library Instruction Support form.
Supplemental Materials Selection
Want your students to gain a better understanding of a topic that is not covered in the course textbook? Librarians are available to search for and recommend supplemental readings and media for your course.
