Biography

Prior to joining the Michigan Tech faculty in 2023, Chad was a Research and Development Engineer at the PCB Piezotronics where he worked on dynamic sensor calibration, microphone acoustic standards, sensor development and validation, and training and education on dynamic sensor usage and applications. Chad led the development and implementation of new microphone calibration methods and failure analysis. He also developed several new sensor designs and manufacturing technologies.
