Research Description
I am a organic chemist. My current job is to make the highest brightness fluorophore through chemically functionalized boron nitride material. The high brightness fluorophore can be conjugated with antibodies and oligonucleotide probes to apply in antigen and mRNA detection through flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, fluorescence in-situ hybridization etc.
