Michigan Tech Resources

  • Michigan Tech’s University Student Government maintains a site that is primarily for students, but also includes non-student, off campus apartments and houses.
  • On Campus Apartments—Depending on availability, new faculty and staff may apply to live in Daniell Heights.
  • New faculty and staff may apply for the faculty and staff waitlist for Daniell Heights. These are semi-furnished. Rates for 2024-25 the cost to live in Daniell Heights for faculty and staff is:
    • 1 bedroom: $1,100
    • 2 bedroom: $1,360
    • 3 bedroom $1,670

    • The average monthly bill for our customers is between 500-700 KWHs. This would correlate to roughly $115-$160 per month
  • Semco Energy
    • The average Semco bill varies dependent upon what appliances and heat source your home uses.
