Which web browsers are recommend for use in Cayuse?
Cayuse currently supports Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
I'm receiving an error message when trying to access proposal or award forms, what
should I do?
Be sure that your browser is updated to the latest version, and that the following
settings are set:
- Cookies enabled
- Pop-ups Allowed
- JavaScript enabled
If you are still having difficulty, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
When I log into Cayuse, I'm only seeing a blank page, or I see "Oops! Something went
wrong!". What should I do?
Open your browser, log out of all Cayuse applications. Clear the cookies, cached
images and files from your browser history. When that is complete, restart your computer.

The Cayuse research suite has been set up to automatically provide basic user access
to
Michigan Tech active faculty and staff. Logging in to Cayuse requires the use of
in your Michigan Tech single sign on (SSO) userid and password. This process is similar
to how you access the University systems like email, etc.
Log Into Cayuse
Once logged into Cayuse, click on the App switcher found in the upper right corner,
and choose the module you with to use.
Note: For Graduate or Undergraduate students that need access to Cayuse, send an email
to soo-l@mtu.edu with the person's name and user id.
