Residential Living is actively working to promote Michigan Tech's Vision statement,
"Michigan Tech is a globally recognized technological university that educates students,
advances knowledge, and innovates to improve the quality of life and to promote mutual
respect and equity for all people within the state, the nation, and the global community.".
We do this through the work with our Residential Learning Model as well as through several other departmental initiatives. To learn more, see the
drop downs below. Explore the Engagement and Belonging siteto learn more about University efforts to advance diversity, equity, inclusion and
a sense of belonging (DEIS).

different perspectives, identities, and experiences. The Connector Space is a place
where everyone in the Michigan Tech community can find support and belonging.
