Depending on availability, new faculty and staff may apply to live in Daniell Heights. Daniell Heights apartments are semi-furnished. For 2025-2026, the cost to live in Daniell Heights for faculty and staff is:

| Faculty/Staff 3BR | $1,670/per month |
*Faculty/staff are permitted to stay for one temporary contract pending availability. Temporary contracts are not renewable and are not transferable.
