An annual tradition with a long history, Keweenaw Day, or K-Day, gives students time off to enjoy some fun together, along with the opportunity to meet members of 200+ student organizations. Registered student organizations set up booths featuring demonstrations, games, and other activities. They're excited to share what it's like to join their club and it's the perfect chance to explore organizations that might be a good fit for you.
The event includes music (including the Huskies Pep Band), free food, and complimentary swag. Shuttle buses run to and from the venue at no charge to make attending affordable and accessible.
K-Day happens in September on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. Thousands of students attend, so it's a great way to meet new people, enjoy music, and spend some time outdoors enjoying the beautiful Keweenaw. We hope to see you there!
