Peer Mentoring for First-Year Students

Husky Connect pairs first-year students with experienced upper-class mentors who share similar academic or personal interests. This program helps students transition to college life, make meaningful connections, and become part of a supportive community—particularly beneficial for first-generation college students and transfers.

STEM Research for Community College Transfers

The MiCUP Scholars Program is a seven-week summer research experience designed for students transferring from select Michigan community colleges.
