Terry Jachimiak

Biography

Terry Dana Jachimiak II, Visiting Assistant of Theatre, is the Lighting Designer at Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI. He teaches courses in Lighting Design, Lighting Technology, Portfolio Development and Readings in Dramatic Literature.  He is a member of USITT and was recently co-chair of Design, Technology, and Management for the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, Region III. He has worked with Rose Children's Theatre, Caravan Theatre Company of Pittsburgh, Endstation Theatre Company, Illinois Shakespeare Festival, Heritage Theatre Festival, Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival, and Central Piedmont Summer Theatre. He has also taught and designed at St. Mary's College, Brevard College, Lynchburg University, Westminster College, and Alma College.
