Isolation/Quarantine Daily Plan

If you are struggling with what to do or ways to manage your day while in quarantine or isolation then the Isolation/Quarantine Daily Plan will come in handy. This 14-day guide provides tips, resources and general guidance to address different areas of living that will hopefully make your time quarantined less stressful. 

Isolation/Quarantine Support Group

Every Tuesday and Friday at 7 p.m. you can join staff from Residence Education and Housing Services and The Center for Student Mental Health and Well-being for an hour of additional support. You can drop-in during this time to connect with other students in quarantine or isolation, receive and/or give support, ask questions or express concerns to the staff members, or just connect socially to decrease feelings of isolation. Contact well-being@mtu.edu for the passcode to the group by 5 p.m. on the day group is held. The Zoom link to group is below.
