Ingredients
- 4 cups of vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 medium onion
- ½ of 16 oz. jar yellow chilies with juice
- 24 large eggs (approx.)
- Assortment of freshly chopped hot peppers
Directions
Boil everything except eggs for an hour, then toss boiled contents on the hard-boiled eggs and refrigerate for a few weeks or until you can't stand waiting anymore.
