Alumni from across the country travel to the midwest each year for our annual Orchid Ball, an event that serves as both a formal and a reunion for our Fraternity. Our continued success as a chapter has allowed us to undertake various philanthropy events over the years, including our annual Haunted Haus Charity Fundraiser. Last Fall, we raised over $2,600 from this event, all of which we donated to Pigs 'N Heat and Dial Help. We hope to give back to the larger community via philanthropy/community service, and "to promote the spirit of civic righteousness," as stated within the last of our five ideals. Young men who join Sigma Pi, Zeta-Epsilon Chapter are welcomed into a Brotherhood that fosters openness and diversity. It is commonplace for Brothers to challenge one another's ideas and beliefs; being so accepting of those who come from a diverse array of backgrounds, it is inevitable. Though we may oftentimes disagree and challenge one another, our open-mindedness and camaraderie encourage us to accept one another regardless of belief or background, and perhaps learn something along the way. Time and time again, our alumni tell stories of how joining Sigma Pi changed their lives for the better. We, the Brothers of Sigma Pi, Zeta-Epsilon Chapter hope to continue to uphold this great legacy as we daringly step-forward and shape our chapter's future.
