The opportunity to conduct research at Michigan Technological University provides
exposure to a university community of scholars as diverse as the educational and research
experiences they are able to provide. Michigan Tech strives to improve the world through
interdisciplinary endeavors that span engineering, sciences and arts, technology,
forestry, and business. We prepare our graduates, faculty and staff to make significant
and meaningful contributions to a global, multicultural society. We consider the most
important measure of our success to be the achievements of our faculty and students.
