GUIDING GROWTH: A Workshop for Faculty Mentors
This workshop is designed to help faculty develop skills for effectively mentoring graduate students, junior faculty, and peers. The program provides an opportunity for both new and senior faculty to work with a community of peers to enhance their ability to guide and support others as they navigate their academic career.
