MTU Submission Deadline Breakdown
- 2 weeks before submission date - subrecipient documents are due by 5PM (if applicable). Please notify
your analyst as soon as possible that there are subrecipients.
- (Recommended) 14 business days before sponsor deadline - Submit budget and justification draft to your assigned SPO Analyst so that it is approved by Tier 1 deadline (below)
- Tier 1 Deadline - 7 business days before sponsor deadline. All non-science documents + Cayuse signatures + final and approved budget and justification + Banweb Cost Share approvals (if applicable) must be completed before 7:00 AM on this day. These can be emailed to the analyst or uploaded to Cayuse.
- Tier 2 Deadline - 1 business day prior to the sponsor deadline. Science documents (proposal narrative) must be submitted by 7:00 AM to SPO to review and approve before submission.
